Challenges

• • 18 letters in 14 colors
  • all letters are +/- 21cm high
  • 4 studs deep, with a few openings in the back to be suspended on wall.
  • 2 hours of designing, colorchecking and building (incl. applying glue) on average per letter

• Too much time went in checking bricks individually for color discrepancy. Unfortunately bricks vary in up to 3 hues per color due to different production batch runs. Color discrepancies are extremely obvious in this scale, especially with the flat surface. I think I spent as much time filtering bricks as I did building the letters.
